Sebrina Doyle Fosco

Sebrina L. Doyle Fosco, Ph.D. (Educational Leadership) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University, where her research focuses on supporting the wellbeing of the adults working in educational settings. She is the PI for two grants studying the efficacy of CARE for different groups of educators, including CARE for Educational Leaders and CARE for Special Educators.  Sebrina is a Certified CARE facilitator and master trainer. She has facilitated CARE for both teachers and administrators and trained facilitators in the US and Australia. Sebrina is the Assistant Director for Research at CREATE and has multiple resulting publications and presentations on the research behind CARE. She has also provided mindfulness training to other audiences including juvenile justice and juvenile probation, and has received training in MBSR and Learning to BREATHE.
