Tina Raspanti

M.Ed, CAPP


Tina Raspanti (M.Ed., CAPP, TEL Fellow) is a recently retired social studies teacher, Mt. Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh, PA. Tina spent the majority of her career teaching AP Psychology and Positive Psychology. She has been a CARE facilitator for a decade, working with teachers, administrators and other school professionals. Most recently, she has been working for Project ENGAGE, a US Department of Ed funded research project, led by the University of Virginia, researching CARE at elementary schools.

In addition to her work in mindfulness and emotional intelligence, Tina studied under George Mumford and worked with various teams and individual student athletes on mental training and performance.
